At this moment the weather was dry on my bicycle ride..

a few minutes later it was raining cats and dogs.

On a sunny day it is 'crowded' with other people in the dunes. With this weather it looks like I'm alone fighting against the rain and wind. I love this loneliness.

Today I found a pair of vintage wooden shoes and an apron from the 50's at a flea market..

(and a lot more). When I came home I put it on a table and went upstairs, a few minutes later I hear DD3 calling me to come downstairs, I did, and this is what I saw!

On my way to my work I pass this meadow with a few cows. A few days ago there were Canadian geese gathering  there on their migration south. I thought it would be nice to take a picture of them. Today I took my camera with me and there was not one Canadian geese. To my surprise I saw this Nile goose with her chicks as if it is spring....

Tonight I passed the same meadow and what did I see... a meadow full with Canadian geese. Only this time I was without camera.

I love this little house. It is a vacation house for rent. I pass it always when I'm going to the dunes for a walk. If it wasn't next door to where I live I would rent it for sure. It's so cute.
